SUFFOLK GOUNTY RADIOLOGICAL E!IRGENCY RESPONSE PLAT:
On April 15, 1982, you directed that the Suffolk County Radiological Emergency Response Plan be presented for your review by October 1, 1982.
This is to inform you +. hat, because of unavoidable delays, the Steering Committee will not be in a position to provide you with a working draf t of the plan until October 18, 1982.
That draft will contain essential elements of the County's plan and will identify issues to be resolved.
It will not, of course, contain the detailed implementing procedures which will-need to be developed to implement the specific provisions of the plan.
