MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME DAARE/ SAFE hereby requests the Board to grant it an additional 3 days in which to file Motions for Recon.iideration based upon the Board's September 13, 1982 Order ruling upon the Motions for Sum: nary Disposit-ion of DAARE/ SAFE Contentions.
DAARE/ SAFE is presently filing a Motion for Reconsideration on Con-tention One with the Board but requests time in which to file addition-al Motions for Contentions Six and Eight. Due to the unforseen absence and illness of an individual, DAARE/ SAFE has been unable to complete the Motions within the alloted ten days but should the time extension be granted, DAARE/ SAFE will file these Motions Monday, September 27, 1982.
