Pursuant to 10 C.F.R. $ 2.714(a) (Appeals) and 10 C.F.R S 2.710 (Computation of Time), petitioner Columbia River Inter-Tribal Fish Comission (CRITFC) hereby files this notice of appeal to the Atomic Safety Licensing Board September 8, 1982, Memorandum in Response to Petitions to Intervene by Columbia River Inter-Tribal Fish Commission and Yakima Indian Nation.
In particular, CRITFC appeals the Licensing Board's decision and order denying the Petition to Intervene by CRITFC. In support of this appeal CRITFC has filed the accompanying brief.
