SUPPLEMENTAL REQUEST FOR PAGE LIMITATION WAIVER Pursuant to the Appeal Board's Order of September 10, 1982, TMIA hereby requests a waiver of the prescribed 70 page limit for its brief on exceptions relating to management issues, and asks the limit to be extended to 100 pages.
At this point in time,TMIA has reviewed approximately 2/3 of the record, and has written approximately 2/3 of its brief in draft form.
The draft is.now approximately 70 pages.
We now have slightly more than one week to finish researching, writing, editing, typing, producing, and serving the entire brief.
Under current time constraints, it is impossible for us to further refine r.nd condense arguments.
We have.already eliminated a great deal of discussion on certain issues.
Thus stating good cause, TMIA asks the page limit to be expanded v.o 100 pages.
TMIA will make every effort to continue 1
to refine and condense its arguments.
