Pursuant to Technical Specification 6.9.2, this letter forwards
- ' e Inservice Inspection (ISI) report on ASME Class 1, 2 and 3 com-ponents and piping examined between January and June, 1982 at Beaver Valley Power Station (BVPS) Unit #l for your review. These examina-tions were part of Interval 1, Period 2 of the BVPS Unit #1 ISI in-spection schedule. The inservice inspections were performed in accor-dance with Section XI of the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code, L974 edition thro'dh summer l975 addenda, the BVPS Unit #1 Technical Speci-fications and the BVPS Unit #1 Final Safety Analysis Report (FSAR).
Subarticle IWA-6220, Reports for Class 1 and Class 2 components, of the Section XI ASME Code requires that an incervice inspection report be submitted to the enforcement and regulatory authority having juris-diction at the plant site within ninety (90) days after completion of an inservice inspection. The latest inservice inspections at BVPS Unit #1 were completed on June 29, 1982.
Submittal of the information contained in Tabs A, B and C fulfills the IWA-6220,Section XI reporting requirements.
