Dear Administrative Judges:

It has been brought to my attention that page 6 does not appear, or appears out of order,in certain copies of University's motion for summary disposition submitted September 3,1982. I have enclosed a copy of the missing page to be inserted as needed. Also enclosed is a sheet noting corrections which would not be obvious from the context to certain of the typographical errors that appear in University's motion. The corrections to the Affidavit of Ostrander were made at the direction of Mr. Ostrander; the correction to the Affidavit of Wegst was made at the direction of Dr. Wegst.
