Dear Bill:
In regard to your telephone call today and your letter of yesterday, we have gone through and tried to prioritize the specific items which we want first from the list which we sent you on March 11 (all regarding items referenced or relied on by the NRC Special Inspection Team in I&E Report 82-26/82-14 and related documents).
As we discussed by phone today, this will confinn that the items which we would like to have first are as follows:
2, 3, 4, 5,13, 20, 25, 26, 27, 29, 30, 31, 35, 36-41 (inclusive),
47, 54-56 (inclusive), 58, 60, 65-67 (inclusive), 70, 81, 86, 88, 89, 96, 99,103,107,110,111,115-121 (inclusive), 126-129 (inclusive),
131-135 (inclusive), 137-146 '(i ncl usive), 148-152 (inclusive), 157, 166, 169-172 (' inclusive) 175,176,178-181 (inclusive), 183, 184, 189-194 (inclusive), 196-201 (inclusive).
Also, we understand that you will be checking to see if there should not be pages added to Applicants ' Exhibit 148 (the Draft ANSI N45.2.ll), since there appear to be quite a few items missing as compared to the later revisions of ANSI N45.2.11.
As we indicated in our phone conversation today, we would like to look over item 1 (the INP0 report) before you. copy any of it, since we may not need it all..Also, as we discussed, if any of the items listed above are very bulky, please let us know; we may want to come down and look at them first rather than having you copy the whole thing. Otherwise, please go ahead and copy the smaller items for us due to the press of time.
Also, as.we discussed by phone today, we felt that we had to file the Motion' for Reconsideration in order to preserve our rights on appeal.
We'll be back in touch in the next day or so.
