Enclosed is the proposed, upgraded emerg(ncy plan for the Rhode Island Nuclear Science Center.
Please note that appendices 3.1, 3.2, 3.3, 3.4, 3.5, 3.6, 3.7, 3.8, 3.9, 3.10, and 3.11 contain the agreements we have reached with offsite agencies.
All but.three (3) of these agreements are current (less than two (2) years old). We have.not yet received current agreements from DOE - Radiological Assistance Plan (Appendix 3.8), the FBI (Appendix 3.10) and the U. S.
Coast Guard (Appendix 3.11) . However, the existing agreements are still in force and have been included in the pla.n submitted. We have requested new agreements and will submit then as so< n as we receive them.
We will begin to implement the plan during the review and approval process.
