50-328 In accordance with 10 CFR Part 50.59, we are enclosing 40 copies of a requested amendment to the operating licenses DPR-77 and DPR-79 to change the Sequoyah Nuclear Plant units 1 and 2 technical specifica-tions (Enclosure 1).
The proposed amendment requests a change'in the i
limiting condition for operation for the carbon dioxide (C0 ) system.
p The justification to support the proposed change is provided in.
In accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR Part 170.22, we have determined the proposed amendment to be Class III for unit 1 and Class I for unit 2.

- These classifications are based on' the facts that the changes involve a single-safety issue and that the changes apply to two identical units on the same site. The remittance fee of $4,400 is being wired to the Nuclear l
