The Nuclear Regulatory Comission (the Comission) having found that:

The application for amendaent to the flillstone Nuclear Power Station, Unit 3 (flillstone-3) Construction Permit contained in a letter, dated August 3,1982, transfers ownership shares in fillistone-3 as follows:

This amendment complies with the standards and requirements of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended, and the Commission's rules and regulations set forth in 10 CFR Chapter I.
B.
The issuance of this amendment will not be inimical to the cocnon defense and security or to the health and safety of the public.
C.
Issuance of this amendment will not result in any environmental impacts not previously considered.
