Open Item (50-341/80-07-01; 82-04-01) - QA Audits Attached is a copy of a letter, EF2-61,237, December 29, 1982 closing the June 1979 audit and a copy of the QA audit of the NUS facili-ties in December 20-22, 1982.

Open Item (50-341/82-04-02) - REMP procedures, NUS Laboratory Controlled copies of the NUS work instructions used in their Pittsburgh laboratory were received in November, 1982.,
These work instruc-tions will be entered into the Edison approval schedule according to draf t Technical Specifi-cation, Section 6, Administrative Conrols.

Open Item (50-341/82-04-04) - FSAR Section 11.6 Since the information contained in FSAR Section 11.6 is covered in the appropriate Stan-dard Technical Specifications in Chapter 16 and the ODCM, both of which are in draft form and submitted to the NRC Staff, it is no longer appropriate to incorporate it in Section 11.6.
Therefore, it is Detroit Edison's intention to delete Section 11.6 in its entirety.
The exact sample locations for the program are in Tables 3 0-1 and 3 0-2 of the draft Offsite Dose Calculational Manual (ODCM) as stated in the draft Technical Specifications. The draft ODCM was submitted to the NRC Staff late December 1982.
Tables 3.0-1 and 3 0-2 of the ODCM are attached for your information.

Open Item 50-341/82-04-05) - Quarterly REMP reports Under the preoperational REMP there is no requirement for quarterly reports.
These are presently generated as contract requirements between Edison and NUS.
As of 1983, the reporting requirements for the contractor will be those listed in the draft Technical Specifications under Section 6.9.1.10, and will no longer include quarterly reports.
A copy of the 1982 Annual Report will be for-warded to Region III when it is received from NUS.

Open Item (50-341/82-04-06) - Management Controls Management controls and procedures are being initiated and will be in place by April 1, 1983 J.
Open Item (50-341/82-04-09) - Field Sample Collection Forms A new multipart form and procedure has been developed by NUS for field sample collection data.
This procedure and form becomes effective March 1, 1983 One part of the form is mailed to the Environmental Engineer at the Fermi 2 site subsequent to collection.
