This is to confirm our conversation today concerning the effect on intervenors' responses to discovery of redesignating OCRE as lead intervenor on Issues 4 and 6. i Applicants' first round discovery requests on Issues 4 and

, 6 were addressed to Sunflower as lead intervenor on those issues.

I Now that OCRE ic lead intervenor on those issues, I raised the question as to OCRE's responses to those discovery requests. We agreed that since you had prepared Sunflower's responses, no additional responses were needed as a result of the redesignation of lead intervenors. This is, of course, apart from OCRE's con-tinuing obligation to update the discovery responses.
