-s This letter is to confirm our verbal notification of your Mr. Dave Trimble of the discovery that our only operable hydrogen analyzer was

technically inoperable for a brief ~ period of ei==..
At 1045 on September 10, 1982 with Units No. I and 2 in Mode 1. it was discovered that the hydrogen analyzer (T.5'. 3.6.5.1) was iminten-tional17 adjusted out of calibration rendering the unit inoperable.
The instrument was recalibrated and returned-to service at 1125 ter-minating the event.
