Dear Mr. Clark:
This letter is in response to your letter dated June 15, 1982, requesting an amendment to the Technical Specifications regarding staff working hour guidelines. Attached hereto is our proposed Technical Specification Amendment. In addition, we have updated Section 7 to reflect our current organization.
In accordance with the provisions of 10CFR170, we believe the proposed changes are exempt from amendment fees since the changes regarding working hour guidelines are at the request of the commission and the minor organization changes are for clarity.
We request your concurrence with the proposed revisions as soon as possible.
