Due to an administrative error, the first page of the cover letter incorrectly listed the referenced NRC report as containing two level IV violations and a deviation concerning the IST program vice the one level IV violation concerning the development and adherence to a calibration procedure for the feedwater transmitters. Please remove and discard the first page of the cover letter currently attached to reference 2 and replace it with the attached revised first page of the cover letter.
