Pursuant to the Commission's Rules and Regulations, there are enclosed herewith for filing in the above-entitled matter the Seacoast Anti-Pollution League's Supplemental Answers to the Applicants' Interrogatories and Request for the Production of Documents.
SAPL understands that under the-Board's Memorandum and Order issued March 1,
- 1983, it is only required to ' respond to Applicants' In t er rogatory XXIV-4. However, SAPL has decided to include responses related to those issues it may seek to litigate in this proc'eeding.
Although SAPL has not yet sought leave to amend its intervenor petition, a full disclosure of its position on these issue now will save time and energy later on should such a petition be granted by the Board.
