552, I hereby request access to or a photocopy of the following document:

--Report to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission from Sherrill J.

Nolder, associate engineer for Kaiser Engineers, Inc., on the Zimmer Nuclear Power Plant in Moscow, Ohio.

Report made following recent inspection trip to the Zimmer site.

As you know, the amended Act provides that if some parts of the file are exempt from release that re a s o n able segregable" portions shall be provided.

I therefore request that if you determine some portions of the requested information are exempt, you provide me immediately with a copy of the remainder of the information.

I, of course, reserve my right to appeal any such decision.

If you determine that some or all of the information is exempt from release, I would appreciate you advising me f

as to which exemption you believe covers the material which you are not releasing.
