I am returning your bill for collection of an indemnity fee for the above license.

The 100 watt homogeneous reactor that was the sole subject of CPRR-91 has been disposed of and is no longer on this campus. It was disposed of under a disposal order issued by the Commission on 23 March 1979. It was shipped to Barnwell, South Carolina in the spring of 1982.

Consequently we are in no need of indemnity and your bill is herewith returned.
