HOPE CREEK GENERATING STATION DOCKET NO. 50-354 GENERAL ELECTRIC PROPRIETARY INFORMATION IN HCGS-PSAR The Final Safety Analysis Report being filed with the Com-mission by the Public Service Electric and Gas Company in support of the application for an operating license for the Hope Creek Generating Station will reference information which the General Electric Company customarily maintains in confidence and withholds from public disclosure for the rea-sons set forth in the attached affidavit.
We therefore hereby request that the enclosed proprietary documents be withheld f rom public disclosure in accordance with the pro-visions of 10CFR2.790.
The first amendment to the Hope Creek Generating Station Final Safety Analysis Report will revise Section 4.3.2.1 to incorporate a reference to the material submitted herein.
