Dear Administrative Judges:
This letter is in response to the Board's Order of Decerter 8, 1981 requesting the parties file affidavits.
The affidavits attached as Exhibits 1, 2, 3, and 4 to " Edison's Opposition to the League's Petition for Reconsideration" contain the best recollection of the affiants to the relevant portions of the September 26, 1979 meeting.
The affiants have searched their files and have presently been unable to locate notes bearing on the passage quot
' on page two of the Board Order.
All the affiants have been advised to continue to search their file for any relevant notes, and we will advise the Board if any such notes are located.
