In a letter dated February 18, 1983, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission has requested, pursuant to 10 CFR 170.22, a Class III fee of $4,000 for reviews and approvals requested by Wisconsin Electric Power Company related to requested relief from certain ASME Section XI inservice inspection requirements.

These inservice inspection exemptions, which are related to the second ten-year inspection plan for Point Beach Nuclear Plant Unit 2, were submitted with our letter dated January 19, 1983.

To facilitate your prompt review and approval of these relief requests, we are providing herewith a check in the amount of $4,000 as payment for this Class III fee.
