Subject:
Generic Letter 92-01, Revision 1, " Reactor Vessel Stmetural Integrity" In Reference (b), the NRC requested Vermont Yankee to verify that the information previously 3rovided by Vermont Yankee in response to the subject Generic Letter has been accurately entered
)y the NRC into the database as enclosed with Reference (b). It was re NRC within 30 days of any inconsistencies which may be identified; guested that w if no inconsistency is identified, the NRC Staff will consider our actions related to the subject Generic Letter to be complete.
The purpose of this letter is to provide formal notification to you, as requested in Reference (b), that a number of diffennces have been identified between the information in the NRC database and that previously provided by Vermont Yankee in response to the subject Generic letter. We have been in contact with the Vermont Yankee NRC/NR.R Project Manager and your technical staff regarding these differences.
We are presently completing our evaluation of Reference (b) and will provide a more detailed response as soon as our evaluation effons have been completed. Should you have any questions, please contact this office.
