e C0tiMON!iEALTH EDISON C0t4PANY DOCKET NO. 50-373 LA SALLE COUNTY STATION, UNIT 1 AMEriDMENT TO FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE License No. NPF-11 Amendment No. 11 1.
The Nuclear Regulatory Comission (the Commission or the NRC) having found that:
A.
The application for amendment filed by the Connonwealth Edison Company, dated December 6, l82, complies with the standards and requirenents of the Atonic Eneroy Act of 1954, as amended (the Act), and the Conriission's regulations set forth in 10 CFR Chapter I; 8.
The facility will operate in contornity with the application, the pro-visions of the Act, and the regulations of the Connission; C.
There is reasonable assurance:
(i) that the activities authorized by this Anendnent can be conducted without endangering the health and sofety of the p ablic, and (ii) that such activities will be conducted in conpliance with the Coomission's regulations; set forth in 10 CFR Chapter I; D.
The issuance of this Amendc.ent will not be inimical to the connon defense and security or to the health and safety of the public; and E.
The issuance of this Amendment is in accordance with 10 CFR Part 51 of the Connission's regulations and all applicable requirenents have been satisfied.

Accordinq1y, the license is anended by the addition of Paragraph 2.C.(34) to the Facility Operating License No. PPF-ll to read as follows:
(34) Throuoh the First Fuel Cycle of Plant Operation, Technical Specifica-tion 3.4.1.1 is "odified for Une Hecirculation Loop out of Service with Provisions (a) The steady-state therual power level will not exceed 60 nercent l
of rated power.
(b)
The nininum critical power ratio (PCPD) safety lirit will be increased by 0.01 to 1.07.

(c) The nininun critical power ratio limiting condition for operation (LCO) will be increased by 0.01.
(d) The naxinum average planar linear heat generation (MAPLHGR) limit will be reduced by 0.85.

(g) The core plate delta P noise util be neasured once per shift, and the recirculation loop flow will be reduced if the noise exceeds one (1) psi peak-to-peak.
