The lower overrun assemblies in the Robertshaw valves installed on the Diesel Generator Sets at the South Carolina Electric & Gas Co., Sunner Station have been replaced with overrun assemblies utilizing cotter pins to positively lock the nut to the stem.
The units are now free of the reported potential defect.
A copy of this report is being forwarded to the utility involved.
