Three Mile Island Nuclear Station, Unit 1 (TMI-1)
Operating License No. DPR-50 Docket No. 50-289 Generic Letter 82-12 (Nuclear Power Plant Staff Working Hours)
NRC Generic Letter 82-12, dated June 15, 1982, requests that the Commission's policy on Plant Staff work hours be incorporated into the administrative section of the TMI-1 Technical Specifications.
On June 9,1982, we forwarded to the Commission our letter 5211-82-134, which was an update of the status of NUREG 0737 Items and response to Generi Letter 82-10.
Attachment I, Item I.A.l.3.1, " Limit Overtime" advised that the TMI-1 Admini trative Procedure AP-1031 had been revised to include NRC staffing guidance from NUREG 0737, and Generic Letter 82-02.
These revisions also incorporate the guidelines from Generic Letter 82-12.
We will include these Revisions in a Technical Specification Change Request which wi11 be forwarded tu the Commission in January, 1983.
In the meantime, our Procedure AP-1031 adequately addresses these issues and is being imple-mented and followed accordingly.
