+.o revise Section 6 concerning OSC and ORC Membership and uasponsibilities.
Section 6.5.2.8 items (e) and (f) have been revised in response to Generic Letters 82-17 and 82-23 respectively.

Sprty (40) copics of documents designated Attachments A and B shich set forth the requested change in Technical Specifi-cations and its safety evaluation.
We have determined this to be a Class II change request, and a check for $1,200.00 will be submitted under separate cover in accordance
