In accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p), please find enclosed copies 1 through 5 of the Pilgrira Station Modified Amended Security Plan, Revision 9.
This revision incorporates changes which reflect construction of a new administration / warehouse facility, reinsertion of a deleted change not accepted by NRC in Revision 8, and changes to provide more understandable explanations of security systems, functions, and operations. All changes were subject to a careful review, and do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the Plan.
A hi-lited copy detailing changes is included as a foreward to each plan.
Pursuant to 10 CFR 73.21 of the NRC's regulations, we are requesting that you withhold information provided in Enclosure copies 1 through 5, and hi-lited 3
foreward, from public inspection.
