Administration of the contract with the NIDA approved laboratory has been transferrad from the MRO to the Titness for Duty Program Manage ~ to improve efficiency.

The low rate of positive results,.36% for random testing and 0% for all other categories, indicates -that the Program is being effectively implemented and personnel are responsive to it.
