Peach Bottom Atomic Power Station - Units 2 & 3 Notification of Change in Senior Licensed Operator Status Due to Fermanent Reassignment
Dear Sir:
In accordance with 10 CFR 50.74(a), this letter is to notify ycu that John B. Cotton (License 50P-10717) and Ronald E. Sheetz (License SOP-10110-2) have been permanently reassigned from the positions to which a license was required.
Their reassignments were effective January 7, 1991. Additionally, Frederick W. Polaski (License SOP-3191-5) has been permanently reassigned effective February 1, 1991.
?nc licenses of John B. Cotton, Frederick W. Polaski and Ronald E. Sheetz will no longer be needed and we request that they be terminated.
Additionally, we request that the license of Staff Engineer Paul L. Bushek (License SOP-10502-1) be terminated.
