Pursuant to 10 CFR 26.71(d) " Record Keeping Requirements", Toledo Edison submits its Semiannual Fitness-For-Duty (FFD) report for the period of July - December 1993 for Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station, Unit 1. provides Toledo Edison's FFD Program Performance Data.

The data form is an industry standard developed by the Nuclear Hanagement and Resources Council to provide the information required by 10 CFR 26.71(d). Attachment 2 provides a summary of management actions-taken by Toledo Edison based on positive FFD testing results, presumptive positives, and a list of FFD event reports submitted by Toledo Edison.
