SUBMITTAL OF REVISED f1MERGENCY PLAN OR EMERGENCY PLAN IMPLEMENTING PROCEDURES Attached is Revision 10 to the Pilgrim Nuclear Power Station (PNPS) Emergency Plan that we are submitting in accordance with the provisions of 10CFR50, Appendix E.Section V.
These revisions were reviewed and determined to not decrease the effectiveness of the plan.
Please update your Emergency Plan Manual with this avised plan, which becomes effective February 1, 1991.

PNPS protective action recommendations are procedural based as the minimum required action. Modifications to protective action recommendations for considerations involving weather, routing, or other circumstances are made by the Commonwealth.
Information concerning these extenuating circumstances is not usually readily available to the control room or the EOF.
