CLINCH RIVER BREEDER REACTOR PLANT (CRBRP) FIRE HAZARD ANALYSIS REPORT (FHAR) - DRAFT B This letter transmits 12 copies of the preliminary FHAR for the CRBRP.
The report is being provided, at this time, for the staff's initial assessment of the CRBRP project's intended coverage for the plant.
Additional work will be required at the Final Safety Analysis Report (FSAR) stage to completely define and describe procedures and techniques for the CRBRP to satisfy the Nuclear Regulatory Commission requirements.
Therefore, please anticipate an evolution of the enclosed FHAR - Draft B to reflect the more definitive and mechanistic concerns at the FSAR stage.
