1 DOCKETS 50-266 AND 50-301 FITNESS-FOR-DUTY PROGEAM POINT BEACH NUCLEAR PLANT. UNITS 1 AND 2 In accordance with 10 CFR 26.71 (d), we are providing horowith the Fitness-for-Duty Performance Data for the six-month period ending Docomber 31, 1990.
No events reportable under 26.73 (a) occurred during this period.
During this second semi-annual
. period, two quarterly program review meetings woro hold.
The participants were the key personnel involved in the implementation of the program.
These persons reviewed interim data, measures of program effectiveness, audit findings, and written proceduros.
Some recommendations for procedural revisions were acted upon.
Management took action to deny unescorted access authorization for two contractor employees who failed pre-access tests.
One applicant for employment with Wisconsin Electric was not hired u
because of a failed pro-access test.
A Wisconsin Electric employee working as a Student Engineer was discharged following a falloa random test.
Analysis of the data collected on the standard form, copy attached, indicates that the work forco employed at Point Beach Nuclear Plant is virtually drug-and alcohol-freo.
