The purpose of this letter is to convey Implementation completion dates for Anticipated Transient Hithout Scram (ATHS) modifications.
Byron Units 1 and 2 modifications were completed by February 27, 1990, and October 26, 1990

respectively.
In addition, the Byron Unit 2 " Initial Test Program" was L
completed by August 14, 1987, when startup testing for Unit 2 was identified as completed.
