Dear Sir:
In accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54 (p), this report is presented to inform you of temporary changes in the subject security plan, which are offered as a temporary addendum and which do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the plan.
Specific details concerning the temporary changes are contained in Enclosure A and referenced letter.
The enclosures (4 sets) are identified'as Safeguards Information and proprietary information pursuant to the provisions of 10 CFR 73.21 and 10 CFR 2.790 (d) (1).
