This has necessitated a changoito; thetWaterford L3.
SES Emergency _ Plan.
Pursuant to 10CFR50, Appendix E,--Section V, we are; herewith., informing you-of the resulting changes that will~be required to the Emergency _ Plan.
These changes do not decreast. *he effectiveness of the~ Emergency Plan.
based on a 10CFR50.54(q) review.
Attached is-a copy of the restructured -Waterford 3 Site Organization; Chart
.which at a minimum will require changes to Section 5.1.1',: Figure 5-1A ofs the Emergency Plan and. Section 13.1--of ~ the Final Safety' Analysis Report.
(FSAR).
These changes will be incorporated into the next rev!sions of" the Emergency Plan and the FSAR which are scheduled for issuance during the; fourth-quarter of 1991.
