Confirmation of Commitment to Provide Plan / Schedule to Resolve Potential Leak Path Through Containment Penetration M-3 Isolation Valve This letter is to confirm a commitment made by Omaha Public Power District (OPpD) representatives during a meeting with the NRC in Dallas, Texas on l

February 7, 1991. OPPD will provide a plan and schedule to resolve the potential containment atmospheric leak path concern by february 22, 1991.

The potential leak path is through the containment isolation valve on the Chemical and Volume Control System (CVCS), charging line containment penetration M-3.

As requested, OPPD's Safety Analysis for Operability (SAO) #9101, "CVCS Charging Line" dated February 6, 1991, is enclosed for your review.
