Gentlemen:
New llampshire Yankee (NHY) hereby supplements its application [ Reference (b)]
filed on November 13, 1990 to amend Operating License No. NPF 85 [Referer,ce (a)l to authorize NAESCO to act as managing agent for Seabrook Unit No.1.
On January 14, 1991, Northeast Utilities filed an application with the Securities and Exchange Commission seeking approval of the organization and conduct of business of NAESCO. Receipt of this requested SEC approval is a prerequisite to NAESCO becoming managing agent as noted on page 4 of the Application (Reference (b)].
