Dear Mr. Martin The purpose of this letter is to document the transmittal of a Senior Reactor Operator License application for Edwin Joseph Taylor.
Mr.
Taylor previously held a Senior Reactor Operator License (Licenne No.
SOP-43094-2) at Wolf Creek Generating Station (WCGS) prior to termination of employment on January 18, 1989.
Mr. Taylor was rehired by Wolf Creek Nuclear Operating Corporation (WCNOC) on July 9,
1990.
As identified on the Personal Qualifications Statement - Licensee (NRC Form 398) and in accordance with 10 CFR Part 55.47 WCNOC is requesting a waiver en the written and operating examinations.
Mr. Taylor will require a license for performance of his duties at WCGS.
He han successfully completed the WCGS requirements to be licensed as a Senior Reactor Operator.
4r. Taylor's Personal Qualifications Statement - Licensee including requests for waivers has been provided to your staff.
