This written notification is to inform you that security actions agreed upon in the Confirmatory Actions Latter (CAL) dated March 26th, 2004 (ML033240661), as well as other related communications with NRC, have been incorporated into the Utah Security Plan. We are requesting that the CAL be closed out at this time.
