Security Information and Restricted Da ta.
All documents and materials containing National Security Information in the possession of Public Service Company of Colorado have been declassified in accordance with 10CFR95.45, destroyed in accordance with
.1 %f R95. 47 or transmitted to a person authorized to receive them ir '.ecordance with 10CFR95.53.
This certification is submitted unde oath or affirmation which has been included as enclosure 1 to tnit, letter.
Public Service Company of Colorado no longer has a need to use, process, store, reproduce, transmit or handle classified matter at the Fort St. Vrain Nuclear Generatin9 Station loceted in Platteville, Colorado, or at its Nuclear Engineering Division Offices located in Denver, Colorado.
Please take the necessary steps to terminate the security facility approvals for these two locations in accordance with 10CFR95.23 and 10CFR95.53(a),
