Dear Mr. Fichter:

On August 26, 1982, Messrs. Nick Schilling and John Schuh conducted the semi-annual inspection of the vegetation cover in the Armstrong Run as per our agreement.

They found the vegetation to be satisfactorily established, with no cutting back of the banks as had been the case before our reshaping and seeding of the run.

We feel we have fulfilled our requirements under the settlement agreement as to reseeding add inspection, and we will assume that your clients agree unless we hear to the contrary within thirty (30) days.

Yours truly,

@gnet) L 1. Em
