COALITICN FOR SAFE POWER AMENT 'IO REQUEST FOR HEARING AND PETITION FOR LEAVE 'IO IIEERVENE Pursuant to 10 CFR 2.714(a) (3) and the ASLB Mercrandun and Order, dated October 13, 1982 (ASLBP No. 82-479-06 OL), the Coalition for Safe Pwer hereby amends its Request for Hearing and Petition for Isave to Intervene filed Septanber 10, 1982.
An Affidavit of.. Iarry L. Caldwell, a msnber of the Coalition for Safe Pwer residing Jithin a ten-mile radius of the project site, is at-tached hereto to satisfy the identification requirenents established in Houston Lighting and Pwer Carcany (Allens Creek Unit 1), AIAB--535, 9 NRC 377, 393 (1979), cited in'the_ Board's O_rder.
Also attached, pursuant to 10 CFR 2.713(b), is a Notice of Appearance of Nina L. Bell, an officer of the Coalition for Safe Power. Eugene Rosolie, Director of the Coalition for Safe Pwer, also has authority to represent the organization in this proceeding.
