License No. NPF-29 UFSAR Revision 5 Proprietary Information GNRO-91/00012 Gentlemen:
On December 5, 1990 Entergy Operations, Inc. submitted changes to FSAR Figures 11.3-5, 11.3-7 and 11.3-8 as part of Revision 5 to the Updated Final Safety Analysis Re) ort (AECH-90/0208).
As stated in FSAR subsection 11.3.2.1.3,.tlese drawings are considered to contain proprietary information. The figures submitted on December 5, 1990 were not designated by-proprietary markings and are hereby resubmitted with the appropriate markings.
By-letter dated April 20, 1990 (AECM-90/0059), System Energy Resources, Inc. requested that all drawings presently denoted as proprietary in the Grand Gulf Nuclear Station (GGNS) UFSAR be withheld from public disclosure pursuant to 10 CFR 2.790.
The basis for maintaining the figures as proprietary along with a sworn affidavit from General Electric Co, (GE) was provided with this request.
SERI's request was granted by letter from the USNRC, dated May 24, 1990.
Also included are pages 4.6-10, 7.5-15, 15.2-12 and 9-viii that were inadvertently omitted from the UFSAR Rev. 5 update. These pages should be inserted into the manuals as part of the Rev. 5 update.
