The proposed changes upDraded the Safety Limit Minimum Critical Power Ratio (MCPR) and revised the
.J Operating Limit MCPR so as to extend the use of Pilgrim's spectral shif t fuel use strategy during Cycle 8.
The November B,1990 request also stated that its proposed MCPR changes would not be needed if our August 21, 1990 proposed change concerning cycle-specifit fuel parameters was approved by the NRC first. On Janu,ry 2, 1991, the NRC approved our August 21, 1990 request via Amendment No. 133 to DPR-35.
Therefore, DECO hereby withdraws our November B, 1990 proposed change.
