Dear Mr. Martin:
Your letter of April 21, 1982, forwarded combined Inspection Report 50-277/82-04 and 50-278/82-04.
This report cites one area in which the activities at our Peach Bottom facility did not appear to be in full compliance with NRC requirements.
This violation is restated in Appendix A to this inr followed by our response.
Because this material contains Safeguard Information and information concerning the details of the security plans for a licensed facility we respectfully request that Appendix A to this letter be withheld from public disclosure pursuant to the provisions of Sections 2.790 and 73.21 of the Commission's rules.
An affidavit in support of this request is attached hereto.
