CYCLE 9 TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS CHANGE REQUEST - ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Consumers Power Company letter dated September 19, 1990 submitted a Technical Specifications Change Request (TSCR) on Cycle 9 operation. A previous TSCR on the Incore Analysis Program had been submitted on-August 24, 1990.. The Cycle 9 TSCR incorporated and revised a page revision from the Incore Analysis Program TSCR as it was assumed the NRC staff would approve the Incore Analysis TSCR prior to issuing an amendment incorporating the Cycle 9 changes.
The NRC staff has determined that the September 19, 1990 Cycle 9 Change Request will be approved before the August 24, 1990 Incore Analysis Program TSCR is approved.
This effects page 3 107 where the changes proposed in the Incore Analysis Program Change Request were combined with_the changes proposed by the Cycle 9 Change Request. Therefore, Consumers Power hereby submits a revised page 3-107 which incorporates only those changes proposed in our September 19, 1990 Cycle 9 TSCR.
