Dear Mr. Schwencer:
This letter forwards the detailed listing of equipment contained in the Perry Nuclear Power Plant Equipment Qualification Program. The listing is divided into three parts:
Part I contains Electrical and Active Mechanical Equipment in a Harsh environment.
Part 2 contains Electrical and Active Mechanical Equipment in a Mild environment.
Part 3 contains Electrical and Active Mechanical Equipment requiring Seismic qualification.
This information will be used by the Equipment Qualification Branch to identify equipment for the equipment qualification audit. The audit is currently scheduled for early 1983. We request that the Equipment Qualification Branch identify the specific equipment they plan to audit and inform us of their needs by the end of January,1983.
