Dear Mr. Eisenhut:
In accordance with your letter of October 5, 1982, we submit ,. _ and 6 copies of our Physical ,
Security Plan. Please note that our facility is used only for educational purposes and is licensed, Facility License R-94, for a maximum power level of 0. I watt. The emergency plan that we submit is the one posted in our facility.
The physical security plan that we submit now is the same one that was submitted on August 19, 1981 and later amended.
The physical security plan was approved (Docket 50-199) on March 11, 1982 as Amendment No. 5 to Facility License No. R-94 We note that Manhattan College is beginning work on a request for renewal of our Facility License (scheduled to expire on September 30, 1983). Much greater detail, as now included in our Technical Specifications, will be included in that request.
