GENERAL COMMENT
S 1.
The change of the operating company from LP&L to Entergy Operations, Inc. is the nource of a large namber of the changes in Revision 14. This change will not be further delineated in the Synopsis.
2.
The changes of organizational titles is the source of a large number of the changes in Revision 14. These changes will not be further delineated in the Synopsis.
3.
The change of title to Louisiana Radiation Protection Division (LRPD) from Louisiana Nuclear Energy Division (LNED) is the source of a large number of the changes in Revision 14. This change will not be further delineated in the Synopsis.

Page 4-1, 4.1; The use of the term Emergency Action Level (EAL), has been replaced by Initiating Condition (IC) where appropriate. This change of terms is consistent with the changes incorporated into EP-001-001, Recognition and Classification of Emergency Conditions.

Pages A-4-1 through A-4-8, Table 4-1; This Table has been revised to reflect the changes made in EP-001-001, Recognition and Classification of Emergency Conditions, during the comprehensive review completed earlier this year. These changes have been submitted for review, to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commis-sion, in a July 19, 1990 letter (W3P90-1167). This letter also stated that those changes would be incorporated into Revision 14 of the Emergency Plan.

Page A-4-6, Table 4-1, Unusual Event, 1; This IC has been revised to delete the declaration of an Unusual Event due to a fire within the site boundary which requires off-site fire fighting assistance. This IC is not identified in NUREG-0654. Any observed fire within the plant which lasts longer than 10 minutes is identified in NUREG-0654 and is listed as an IC in the Waterford 3 procedure. Notification of the local authorities (St. Charles Parish) is provided by site fire protection procedures.
